Booking and Payment

To book our Services, you must contact us to discuss your requirements and agree on the scope of work, schedule, and fees.

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The deposit amount and payment terms will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

Payment for the Services is due in full at the time specified in our invoice, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled date may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the Services due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, equipment failure, illness, or other emergencies. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the Services at a mutually convenient time.

 

Client Cooperation

You agree to cooperate with us and provide any necessary information, assistance, and access to ensure the successful provision of the Services.

Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits, permissions, or licenses for locations where the Services will be performed.

 

Ownership and Use of Images

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, we retain all rights, title, and interest in the photographs and other materials created as part of the Services, including copyright.

Copyright ownership may be negotiated and acquired through a specific, separate agreement.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the photographs for personal, non-commercial, uses.

We grant you an exclusive, non-transferable license for commercial purposes, subject to any restrictions specified in our agreement. The scope of the license, including the permitted uses, duration, and territory, will be specified in our agreement or as otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Raw files are NEVER provided unless agreed to in writing for a separate, specified fee.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the provision of the Services shall be limited to the fees paid by you for the Services.

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising out of or in connection with the Services.
